The Black Student Union group at Mariner Middle School wrapped up their annual community project. This year, students decided to make treasure from old items people had laying around.

Middle School students are practicing their lines and rehearsing choreography ahead of their production of “Matilda Jr.” One of their rehearsals was captured in a video issue of the district's The Week in 62.4 Seconds.

Several students from Mariner Middle School also took center stage for the first annual Talent Show! Classmates and families packed the theater cheering on each act who also performed in front of judges.

White Bear grad Will Bush was able to pull off the surprise of a lifetime to one of his younger brothers Charlie. Will is in the Army and stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado but was assigned to serve at a base in Texas for the past year.
